Artists, designers and illustrators around the world are invited to create the cover art for the digital album release of Dracula Untold.

I really enjoyed sinking my teeth into this minimal design that focuses on the distinctive dragon/serpent motif present on Dracula’s armour. I wanted to give it an almost stone gargoyle, statue-like appearance. The composition places the serpent’s head in the centre of a pattern of scales created by its twisted body and the subdued grey tone adds to the mystery surrounding the title character.
